Sustainable Building: The Future of Eco-Friendly Construction

FA Thatch Roof Construction · Practical planning guide

Start with the building you need

A natural building project begins with its intended use: a family home, guest cottage, farmhouse, resort or shared hall. Share your site location, available dimensions, room requirements and approximate built-up area before choosing an elevation.

Separate completed work from design references

A completed-project photograph shows work from a project portfolio. A reference image shows a design direction. AI-generated references can help communicate an appearance, but they do not prove that a building has been constructed or that its structure is suitable for your plot.

Plan the site before choosing finishes

Discuss access, drainage, orientation, soil conditions, water supply and services with the project team. Foundation and structural design, weather protection and required permissions need site-specific review by qualified professionals.

Read the estimate as a scope of work

Our indicative range for mud houses, bamboo houses, cottages, farmhouses, villas and resort buildings is ₹1,900–₹2,200 per sq.ft for the stated building scope. School and college buildings, wedding and banquet halls, and yoga and meditation halls have an indicative range of ₹1,600–₹1,900 per sq.ft. Bamboo ceiling installation and roofing-only work require separate project-specific proposals. The final quotation depends on measured area, site conditions and specifications. Ask for the foundation, floor finish, roof, electrical wiring and concealed plumbing to be described in writing. Switches, plug sockets, light fittings, fans, geysers, furniture, curtains and sanitary ware are excluded unless added. Pools, external works and specialist systems need separate scope confirmation.

Prepare your project enquiry

Send the site location, approximate construction area, preferred reference model and features you want changed. Outstation projects have a minimum construction area of 3,000 sq.ft; this refers to building area, not land area.
