FA Thatch Roof provides design and construction services for mud houses, bamboo houses, cottages, farmhouses, resorts, villas, schools and colleges, wedding and banquet halls, and yoga and meditation halls. We also undertake thatch roofing, bamboo ceiling installation and eco-tourism projects.

For outstation projects in India, we undertake projects with a minimum total built-up construction area of 3,000 sq.ft. This means the combined construction area included in the project, rather than the size of the land. Share your proposed building details so we can review the scope.

Our indicative full-building range is ₹1,900–₹2,200 per sq.ft for the stated scope. The final quotation depends on the site, measured built-up area, structural design, materials, roofing, finishes, access and transport. Depending on the design and site requirements, we consider materials such as mud, bamboo, timber, lime, thatch and clay tiles. Material choices take account of local availability, climate, durability and maintenance. Structural components and protective treatments are selected according to the needs of each project.

Yes. Wherever suitable, we use locally available materials and engage local labour. Technical personnel from FA Thatch Roof travel to the project site to guide and supervise the agreed work. Local sourcing and execution arrangements are discussed during project planning.

Maintenance depends on the materials, detailing, climate and exposure. It may include checking roof condition, preventing water leakage, maintaining drainage, renewing protective finishes and inspecting bamboo or timber for moisture and pest damage. We discuss the maintenance requirements of the proposed materials before construction.
