Construction Method
The roof and ceiling specification is agreed after checking the building, span, roof slope, exposure and preferred finish. The typical method includes a structurally designed supporting frame, natural or artificial thatch as selected, suitable fixing and weather-protection details, and bamboo mat or woven ceiling panels where specified. Drainage, fire precautions and access for maintenance are planned for each project.

How is a roofing quotation prepared?
Send your site location, roof or ceiling dimensions, reference image and details of the existing supporting frame. Roofing-only work needs its own measured scope; a full-building square-foot rate should not be used as a roofing installation price. For outstation full-building projects in India, the minimum is 3,000 sq.ft of built-up construction area, not land area.
